4.2 Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due upon invoice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
4.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Transmit malware or harmful code

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTINUUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions
- Cost of procurement of substitute services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Continuum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
